How Registration Binds You to These Terms
When you submit the sign-up form and tick the box confirming that you accept the Terms of use and the Privacy policy, a binding agreement is formed between you and Rider Bet, operated by Zafiro Interactive S.A. It covers every game, bonus and payment on your account from that moment. If you disagree with any part of it, do not register or deposit, and contact [email protected] with your questions first.
How Deposits and Withdrawals Are Processed
You deposit and withdraw in Canadian dollars, and the account currency is CAD. A withdrawal has three steps: you request it in the cashier, we process it within 24 hours at most, and the payment method then takes over.

Withdrawals are capped at $7,500 a day, $30,000 a week and $75,000 a month, and the daily cap rises with your VIP level, up to $37,500 at Legend. Funds go back to the method used for the deposit whenever possible. We charge no fees, and any fees from the payment provider or the crypto network stay with you.
Where Our Liability Ends
We are not liable for losses that come from your own decisions to stake money, for failures of your internet connection or device, or for delays by your bank once we have released a withdrawal. Some Canadian banks decline gambling transactions on credit cards, and that decision belongs to the bank. Where we are at fault, our liability is limited to direct loss and never exceeds the balance held on your account at the time of the event.
How Welcome Pack Wagering Works
The welcome pack of 300% up to $5,250 + 350 free spins is open to players aged 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec), and each of its five deposits must reach $30. The cash bonus and the winnings from free spins carry a x40 wagering requirement. Slots contribute 100%, table games 10% and live casino 0%. While a bonus is active the maximum bet is $7.50 per spin, and going over it can cancel the bonus and the winnings tied to it. Only one deposit bonus is active at a time, and winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn up to 10 times the bonus amount.
How Long Bonuses Last and Which Games Are Excluded
A bonus stays valid for 7 days after activation, and each batch of free spins must be used within 24 hours, for players aged 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). Every deposit starts its own clock. Bonus Buy games, progressive jackpots and slots with an RTP above 97% are excluded from wagering, and a withdrawal requested before the requirement is met cancels the bonus and the winnings tied to it.
What We Do When a Game Malfunctions
A round that ends because of a technical fault is settled from the game provider’s own round record, which studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming and Ezugi keep for every round. Where the record shows that the fault changed the outcome, we void the round, return the stake and cancel the winnings from that round. Report the game name and the time to the live chat as soon as it happens, and payouts credited by mistake are deducted from your balance.
How We Verify Your Identity
We verify your identity at your first withdrawal, or once your cumulative deposits reach $3,000. You send a driver’s licence, a Canadian passport, a provincial photo ID card or a permanent resident card, a proof of address under 3 months old and a void cheque or a bank statement. Verification takes 24 to 48 hours, and withdrawals stay on hold until it is complete.
Conduct That Leads to Account Closure
Each player holds a single account. Multi-accounting, claiming the same bonus through several accounts, bonus abuse, collusion with other players at live tables and the use of bots, scripts or other automation are prohibited. When we find any of them we may close the account, cancel bonuses and the winnings tied to them, and refuse further registrations from the same person.
How Licence and Jurisdiction Apply
Rider Bet is operated by Zafiro Interactive S.A. under Costa Rica online gaming licence no. CR-GL-2024-0471, and these terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. The random number generator behind our games is certified by iTech Labs. Who May Hold an Account
You must be 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec) and use the details printed on your own identity documents. An account is held in one name, in CAD, and confirmed by email. It cannot be transferred or shared with anyone else, and it cannot be opened by a player who has used the self-exclusion tool on a previous account.
How We Change These Terms and Tell You
We update these terms when our games, payment methods or the law change, and the revision date at the top of this page always shows the latest version. Changes that affect your money or your bonuses are announced by email and on the site before they take effect. If you keep playing after that date you accept the new version, and if you disagree you can close the account and withdraw your balance.
